Shipping policy

Please note that our order processing times are separate from the shipping times seen at the checkout.  All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping- We offer international shipping. As we grow we will be working with a uk based fulfilment company and will update international shipping destinations soon. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bast & Boudicca is not responsible for these charges.  It is your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@bastandboudicca.com with your name and order number. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges- To start a return, you can contact us at help@bastandboudicca.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We accept returns up to 28 days after delivery. Items must be returned, unused and in the original packaging.  We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at help@bastandboudicca.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address returns on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
